Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The Imoporium hopes you will be really happy with your purchase, however, if the item is faulty or damaged, then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Our return/exchange policy lasts 10 days. If more than 10 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you feel your item isn't as it was described, you are eligible to return it unused and in the exact same condition that it was sold. Please don't dispose of damaged items before contacting us. If you are not able to provide photographic evidence of damage or are unable return the item to us for inspection, I'm afraid we will not be able to refund you.

Please note, cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we strongly advise that you obtain a 'proof of postage certificate' which is free from the Post Office when returning an item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days upon receipt of returned item. Refunds will be for the amount of the item only - we cannot issue a refund for the original P&P costs.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
